With dental implants, you need to be scrupulous about daily oral hygiene and coming in for regular dental visits.

Your dental implant can and should last for years if you’ll clean it as you would your other teeth – with daily brushing and flossing. At routine exams (recommended at least twice a year), your implant and restoration will be checked to make sure it still fits well. Also, the health of your gums and jaw will be examined, along with the stability of the anchor.
